Another yummy, bready breakfast. Whole wheat baguette with pork an garlic pâté and sliced pink lady apple. Energy for ye drive up to Belfast and the Giants Causeway. Northern Ireland here we come!
Just what I needed after climbing and hiking at the Cliffs of Moher. Absolutely delicious carvery plate of roasted leg of lamb, carrots, perfectly cooked cabbage, boiled new potatoes, mashed potatoes, and rich beer gravy. So good!!! They sure do love potatoes in Ireland.
Great lunch in the green grass and warm sun at Christ Church in Dublin. Very crusty French sourdough baguette, wild boar sausicsson, sour cornichon, and apricot for dessert.
Irish “health breakfast”. It really wasn’t very good, but the little restaurant was so cute! It was run by a single Spanish woman who acts as owner, cook, server, busser, dishwasher, and cashier! Amazing! Great experience:)
Wow! Finally a great cup of Irish seafood chowder! It was so creamy and briny! Perfect! The butter and lemon mussels and cockles were also silly yummy. Perfectly cooked!
