We have just one more day here at our comfortable, lovely home in Landsberg Am Lech. After a lovely afternoon in Andech, we came home to begin cleaning and packing. I accidentally took a nap, too 😛
For dinner, I made one of Adam’s favorites, Jamie Oliver’s Beautiful Zucchini Carbonara. It’s supremely delicious and extremely easy to make. Win. Win.
We started and finished with a delicious red table wine. Crispy bacon with zucchini, mushrooms and thyme tossed with pasta, cream, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and a generous amount of fresh cracked pepper. Yum! I planned to also make a fresh green salad, but the wine was good 😉
