We toured the beautiful Andech cathedral then headed to the beer hall! We had big pretzels, Obatzda cheese with raw onion rings (Bavarian Classic), potato salad, and a slice of pork roast with crispy skin. I really enjoyed the Obatzda with onions spread on the pretzel. It was similar to pimento cheese with the addition of raw onions! The potato salad was tart and creamy and Adam’s pork was perfectly seasoned. Honestly, I’m getting sick of the meat-heavy Bavarian dishes, but we’re only here a couple more days. The creamy cheese was a nice break from all the pork and sausage. I look forward to a new kind of meat-heavy fare in Prague ๐Ÿ™‚




I had a cup of coffee with cream and sugar to round out the meal.
