After a delightful morning celebrating Brewers Day, we headed to Hofbrauhaus for lunch. We started with a wonderfully fresh bread basket, then we ordered two classics- boiled pig knuckle and roast suckling pig. The knuckle was a little flabby, but it tasted good- much like corned beef. The suckling pig was ok- a little bland. I didn’t really like the dumpling- it was oddly chewy and dense. The beer however, was excellent 🙂
We finished our meal with coffee and apple strudel. Both of which were perfect!
