I made Ina Garten’s perfect spaghetti with vodka sauce. It was another cold rainy evening in Savoie, so we needed to turn on the oven for some heat:) Ina’s baked vodka sauce was just the thing! Creamy, sweet-earthy, perfect! The zucchini was tender and delicious as well.
