We had a great dinner at Finkh!Helles and white wine spritzer. The Vienna classic- Wienerschnitzel with potato salad and Mache with a light vinaigrette. It was truly excellent. Despite being fried, the dish felt light and healthful. We loved the lingonberry jam- a delicious Swedish addition to this Viennese classic!!I had the roast chicken breast with rich gravy, sautéed green onion and tomato, and a peppery arugula salad. Filling and healthful. I’m loving Viennese cuisine! We can’t be too healthy 😍 We had to try the molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and tart berry sauce. It was delicious! The tart berries were the perfect foil to the rich, decadent cake.
