After lunch we went to the Dragon Lady’s Summer Palace. It was really beautiful! We took a dragon boat across the lake to the pavilion then went on a lovey afternoon walk along the ancient covered corridor.

For dinner we went to a restaurant that specializes in Peking Duck. It was so unctuous and flavorful! What a treat!!!

After dinner we had a special Chinese treat- massages!!! Me and ten other girls went to a nearby spa and had amazing traditional Chinese pressure point massages! It was so relaxing and unique- totally different from massages I’ve had in the US. I’m feeling so pampered!
