Gary was in the mood for a burger, so I made open-face, Greek inspired burgers. I put lots of garlic and herbs in ground pork then pan fried patties. I served the burgers with a fresh salad of arugula and baby greens in a lemon olive oil dressing with roasted beets. Each burger was served with tzatziki, cucumber, onion, tomato, and kalamata olives.
