Aperitif # 1

We had our neighbors over for aperitifs tonight. So fun! I served a selection of cheeses – some kind of blue goats cheese, fresh ricotta, young Pecorino Romano with pepper corns, and a Emmental de Savoie- all delicious with figs and apricots. I also served Jambon de Savoie and salami with cornichon and a lovely vegetable platter with hummus. We drank Suze – an excellent, very bitter, herbal aperitif. We had a great time! I always love entertaining and we had the added bonus of a slight language barrier – fun! 🙂IMG_2525 IMG_2526 IMG_2527 IMG_2528 IMG_2529
