With only a few days left in France, we’re using up all the leftovers and bits and peices. Today we had pan fried polenta with summer vegetable stew and half of a grapefruit for breakfast – Yum!
Yummy fruits! I love the produce here… I don’t know how or what they do to make it better, but it is. I think it may be because they allow produce to ripen before picking it. The figs, cherries, and nectarine were all perfect!
My sweet husband made me breakfast today. He made a delicious breakfast hash with potatoes, bacon, and eggs. he served it with hot coffee and toast. Well done my love! Delicious 🙂
