She was born in Skopje. Old, Ottoman inn turned restaurant. Very atmospheric. Macedonian salad- tomato, feta, parsley, onion, and roasted peppers in a light olive oil dressing. Delicious!garlic breadStuffed grape leaves and roasted pork ribs with potatoes. We did t love either of these dishes. They were served warm-ish which didn’t help. Honestly though, I think the biggest problem was the huge, delicious salad we ate first. We just weren’t that hungry by the time the mains arrived.
